ROOM BOOKING GUIDE
After reviewing the room information provided on our website, Customers can book a room using one of the following two methods:
Method 1:
Call the hotel’s phone number directly for faster consultation and to check room availability.
Method 2:
Visit the hotel address listed on our website to book a room in person.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: From 14:00 (early check-in is subject to room availability, and additional charges may apply).
Check-out: Before 12:00 noon.
Note: Services not included in the booking program will be charged according to the hotel’s regulations/rates.
PAYMENT METHODS
When booking a room, our reservation system will send a confirmation to your email. Customers must complete the payment for their reservation by the due date using one of the following methods:
1. Online Payment via Bank Card (ATM Card or International Payment Card)
This is a fast and convenient online payment method for customers who want to book in advance.
To make a payment:
The booking system will redirect you to the online payment page. Please follow the instructions to complete the payment.
If the booking system is not yet connected for online payments, we will send you a link to the online payment page of the bank we cooperate with. Please follow the instructions to complete the payment.
If the payment is not completed by the due date, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your booking.
2. Offline Payment via Bank Card (ATM Card or International Payment Card)
If online payment is not available, we will send you a “Credit Card Payment Authorization” form. Please fill in all required details, sign it, and provide copies of both sides of your card along with a copy of your Passport/ID Card to secure your booking.
If you wish to use the provided card for payment, we will charge the card on the due date. You must present the card to our staff upon check-in for verification. If the cardholder is not present, the booking must be paid with another card or in cash. In this case, we will refund the charged amount to the original card, which may take approximately 21 business days.
If you wish to pay with a different card, please inform us. We will not charge the originally provided card, but we will temporarily hold an amount equivalent to the booking cost on this card until the due date.
If you do not check in on the booking date (“No-show”), we will charge the full booking amount to the provided card, and it will be non-refundable.
The cardholder must be one of the guests staying at the hotel.
We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your booking if you fail to provide complete information or do not respond by the payment due date.
3. Bank Transfer Payment
This is a non-card payment method for customers who want to book in advance.
We will send our bank account details to your email.
Please transfer the payment to the hotel’s bank account. When making the transfer, include your full name, phone number, booking confirmation number, and notify us so we can verify the transferred amount.
Once payment is received, we will contact you for confirmation.
If payment is not completed by the due date, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your booking.
4. Direct Payment
This is a flexible payment method for customers booking directly at the hotel’s front desk. Depending on the agreement, customers will pay at the front desk either before or after using the service.
PAYMENT SECURITY POLICY
We do not store any information related to credit cards or bank accounts used on our website through third-party payment gateways.
Our website’s card payment system is provided by licensed payment gateway partners in Vietnam. Therefore, our card payment security standards comply with the security standards of our payment gateway partners.
